Departing away from depicting quintessential urban scenes, Clare Halifax has recently be drawn towards nature and the beauty of the outdoors. The exhibition title – ‘Small Wonders’ inspired Clare  to explore little items of beauty around us such as a bird in a in tree. This image of a Spotted Woodpecker symbolises a ‘Small Wonder’.
