Luc Pierre is French artist born in 1966. Inspired by music and as a drummer, his compositions take on rhythmic, syncopated scores. His collages are spontaneous and expressive using the medium of charcoal, acrylic paint and spray paint to build up his paintings. Overlaying layers to build the pictorial space, subtly alluding to nature and imagined spaces.
